Dyslexia

In accordance with the Dyslexia Working Party Report which is a response to the previous report titled as “Response to Dyslexia Working Party Report”, the Federal government has effective policies regarding identification to proffer timely treatment of dyslexia. Federal Government is hoping that awareness for tackling Dyslexia will result more fund and support for children and adults facing Dyslexia.
1)      Dyslexia students need more improvement in the classroom environment for significant assistance in order to learn everything properly. In addition to it treatment of equality will also prove to be beneficial for them. Students with dyslexia need nothing but slightly better support and environment of equality and friendliness in pursuance of showing better academic results. In this way they can also match or outshine other students in many other areas of life, states the report titled as “Response to Dyslexia Working Party Report”.

2)      Symptoms of Dyslexia
·         Significant difference between intellectual ability and reading level of a student.
·         Problem regarding spelling and phonological awareness.
·         Dyslexia students often face problem while answering lengthy questions while reading.
·         They show the symptoms of Short Term Memory Loss.
·         Their way of doing any task is totally disorganized.
·         Forgetfulness
·         Dyslexia victims always show difficulty in terms of understanding the instructions delivered by the teacher in the classroom.
·         Most of the time dyslexia students have problem in living up to the expectations regarding their homework.
·         Slow, poorly constructed, and incorrigible handwriting.
·         Lack of accuracy and speed while reading anything.
·         They often have problem while pronouncing new words.
·         Dyslexia students face speech and language problems in their childhood.
·         Requirement of speech therapy
