In these days, a cold glass of beer remains the part of the most of occasion. People love to drink it because to its taste. Some of the people feel guilt after drinking it, but they can’t believe that how much it is beneficial for your health. Beer is good for health as it contains so many antioxidants; most of the studies have declared that it helps in elevating the flow of blood.
Beer is also nutritious for health as it is made from wheat and barley. It also contains various vitamins that are essential for the healthy growth of the body such as riboflavin, zinc, niacin and vitamin B. Beer is also a source of fibre, the two glasses of beer can provide 10 percent of fibre to your body. Everyone should take a moderate amount of beer daily. For women one glass of beer is sufficient, man can take two glasses per day.

Most of the person has been suffering from heart diseases due to their unhealthy lifestyle.
